A day in the life of a young person online

We worked with a group of young people to script and film four short video clips documenting different aspects of a young person's experience online. Each video ends with a set of reflective questions for mental health practitioners to consider.

Video 1

Take some time to reflect on the types of content Chloe engages with online, and how it affects her.

Video 2

What are the benefits and risks of the content Chloe is engaging with?

Video 3

In what ways are Chloe’s online engagements impacting her?

Video 4

How might you help Chloe in your role as a mental health practitioner?
